Khalil Fonder recognized

William Byrd High School senior Khalil Fonder was recognized by the Roanoke County School Board and Principal Tammy Newcomb at the school board meeting on April 26 as the 2018 Virginia High School League Swim State Champion in the 100 Fly and 100 Backstroke events. Fonder will be attending Arizona State.
