Several members of the William Byrd High School Choir were selected to participate in the All-
Roanoke County Choir on Thursday, Nov. 9.

According to Byrd’s Choral Director, Matt Bartley, “Select choir members from the five county
high schools rehearsed music all day and performed in a concert at the end of the event. Dr.
Meredith Bowen from Radford University led the treble choir; Tim Woolwine of Blacksburg
High School conducted the Tenor-Bass Choir.”
