Pastor James B. Davis will be installed as pastor of St. Timothy Evangelical Lutheran Church in Vinton on Sunday, October 15, at 3 p.m. Pastor Kenneth Lane will be the installing minister, and Pastor David Derrick will deliver the sermon. St. Timothy Lutheran is located at 1201 Hardy Road.
