The Party in the Park concert series “powered” by the EventZone continues its summer 2018 season on Friday, July 27, at the Vinton Farmers’ Market with a performance by Chairmen of the Board from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m.

The non-profit EventZone partners with the Town of Vinton for the Party in the Park concerts throughout the summer generally on the fourth Friday of each month as fundraising events for non-profit organizations. Proceeds from the July 27 concert benefit the Vinton Needy Family Program.

Admission is $6. Food and beverages are available. Brooks Mill Winery is the featured winery this month. Other vendors include Master Sergeant BBQ, Kettle Cooker Express, Delicia’s Gourmet Ice, and Blue Ridge Beverage.

These are family-friendly events with children under 12 admitted free. No coolers or pets except for service dogs are permitted. Bring your own seating.

Party in the Park will continue with Domino on August 24 and Too Much Sylvia on September 28.
