There will be a Pampered Chef/Thirty-One Bingo benefit for Make-A-Wish Greater Virginia on Saturday, April 21 at the Charles R. Hill Senior Center in Vinton. The benefit is to raise funds to help children with critical illness to have hope, strength, and joy during a time that is often full of worry and uncertainty, organizers said.
The event kicks off with vendor shopping from 11 a.m.-12 noon and bingo from 12-4 p.m. All bingo prizes are Pampered Chef and Thirty-One products, and the cover-all grand prize is valued at $161.
There will be a 50/50 drawing, white elephant auction, many door prizes, a bake sale and lunch for purchase.
There are 20 rounds of bingo plus a cover all-round for the grand prize. Participants get one door prize ticket with a bingo card package purchase. Additional bingo cards, cover-all cards, raffle and door prize tickets will be available for purchase the day of the bingo.
Tickets are sold in advance for $20 by contacting Diane Taylor at 520-7967 or Joy Pohlman at 588-5861. Tickets must be pre-ordered by April 14, via check or credit card.
Vendor shopping will include LuLaRoe, Papparazi, Thirty-One Gifts and Pampered Chef.
