budget to appropriate funding for VML 2017 Equipment Lease Purchase payoff, VML 2018
Knuckleboom Lease Purchase, VRA Virginia Water Facilities Revolving Fund GO Bond, street
maintenance projects, and projected operational expenditures in the total amount of $1,371,790.38 in the General Fund, Utility Fund, and Capital Fund.
