The Lancerlot Sports Complex is offering a free lecture on “Injury Prevention” at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13. Topics of discussion include: what is injury prevention and control, injury prevention tips, how do you prevent sports injuries, and much more. Balance Wellspace will be presenting the lecture on the third floor of the Lancerlot.
