The William Byrd girls jayvee and varsity basketball teams competed in a team camp at Emory & Henry College recently and had a good week.
The two teams combined for a 12-6 record in games played. “More importantly,” said coach Randy Bush, “they definitely came together as a team. They endured hot gyms, short benches and a ghost story. It was a great three days.”
