The Town Council of the Town of Vinton, Virginia, hereby gives notice of two public hearings to be held on Tuesday, October 3, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments concerning the proposed granting of a Lease to ANBAJA Enterprises, Inc.
(Twin Creeks Brewing Company) for a portion of a 10” wide public alley located to the rear of 109 and 111 South Pollard Street. The Town will provide a real estate lease agreement for one (1) year and provide for up to four (4) additional one-year renewals.
