Pre-Teen Miss Virginia Emily Southern participated in a recent Sassy Stitchers project sending quilts to Hurricane Harvey flood victims. Southern learned to quilt at Sassy Stitchers and fulfills the community service/volunteer work required for her title by helping sew the donated quilts.
