RFP – TOV-2020-002 Water Meter Replacement

The Town of Vinton is requesting sealed proposals from offerors qualified to implement a system-wide meter replacement. The replacement requires offerors to change out the existing manual read and drive by read meters with new radio read meters to create a fixed based reading system.
