The Vinton Chamber of Commerce held its annual Senior Services Expo on Tuesday, March 26.
Many vendors filled the War Memorial with information regarding so many topics.
Thank you to all the Vendors and sponsors! Their generosity and commitment to our
community’s seniors is amazing. Your contributions have made it possible for us to provide a
fantastic event, filled with resources, entertainment, and connection. We’re so grateful for your
trust and partnership. Thank you for believing in our mission to make a difference in the lives of
our seniors! and THANK you to everyone who came out to support the event.
Crowds began arriving way before the 10 a.m. opening and the parking lot was full much of the
day. Thanks also to our food trucks–Food on the Go and Got Donuts for setting up in the
parking lot to feed the crowd.
This year’s Expo is sponsored by the Community Foundation Anne and Bill Scheer Fund to the
tune of $10,000. Other sponsors include the Town of Vinton and Roanoke County at the
Diamond Level, MemberOne, Rosie’s Gaming Emporium, and Bank of Botetourt at the
