Pollard Street, Vinton, Virginia, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, for the purpose of discussing the proposed FY2026-2027 Town of Vinton Budget and Proposed Rate Changes for the Vinton War Memorial to be effective July 1, 2026.
