William Byrd High School students Adi Iyer (oleft) and Richard Qiu placed in the Virginia Regional Science and Engineering Fair held at Virginia Western on March 17. Iyer won third place in the Microbiology category; Qiu won first place in Cellular and Molecular Biology and will advance to the state science fair on April 14.
