The Town of Vinton observed a National Day of Remembrance for 9/11 at the Municipal Buidling. Participants in the program included (from left) Fire /EMS Capt. Chad Helms, Vinton First Aid Crew Chief Wayne Guffey, Pastor Tom Figart, Town Manager Barry Thompson, Police Chief Tom Foster, Mayor Brad Grose, and Karla Turman from the Planning and Zoning Department.
