William Byrd senior Devon Kasey has been named to the Group 4A All-State second team in basketball. Loudoun Valley had two players on the first team, including Group 4A Player of the Year Jordan Miller. Handley coach Jason Toton was the 4A Coach of the Year. Devon was also named to the all-state football team in the fall.
