The Twice Treasured Consignment Store on Pollard Street in downtown Vinton celebrated its opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 24. Mayor Brad Grose and Vinton Area Chamber of Commerce President Justin Davison welcomed Heather Oltmanns and her husband Todd and wished them success.
