Star City Playhouse is offering free lunchtime plays in Vinton. The cast for "Wanda's Visit" on December 18 included (from left) Elizabeth Kelley, Leah St. Clair, Lane Kinsley and (standing ) Marlow Ferguson. The next free play at noon is scheduled for January 8.
